The Boatside Inn has a purpose built stone annex for
its three B & B apartments which are adjacent to
the Inn. Close enough to access easily, but not so close
that you are affected by the the Inn. It is situated
in the country village of Warden, just over 2½
miles from the lovely market town of Hexham and ½
mile from the A69. |

is the perfect place to explore the region or get to work
almost anywhere in the North East, as shown in "things

the apartments are fitted out to a high standard, and
are superbly insulated, are very cosy and comfortable.
